Located in the Dordogne (Périgord vert) near the Charentes and the Gironde, Puymangou is close to Aubeterre, Ribérac and Saint-Emilion, one hour from Bordeaux, Cognac and Bergerac and 100 km away from Atlantic Ocean, in Royan.

The mansion, located in a hamlet, is quiet but not isolated ; its situation on the top of a hill gives beautiful views on woodland and pasture landscape towards the four surrounding provinces : Périgord, Bordelais, Saintonge and Angoumois.
